| Education: | No experience necessary. We will send you to Big Red Keno's classes that will help you get a required license from the State of Nebraska, after a required background check by the State. You do not have to be licensed before applying. |

You will learn to establish a welcoming environment for all customers entering and exiting premises. You will learn to stand ready to remedy any situations that arise while on duty. You will learn what you need to know to ensure that all customers who enter the premises are of legal age and are not under the influence of alcohol or any illicit drug. You will learn to solve problems rapidly and fairly. You will learn to communicate with the entire staff in regard to the occurrences on premises throughout the shift. |

| Health Insurance: | We offer all of our full-time employees who have been with the company for one year a chance to sign on to the corporate insurance policy. All employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are considered to be full-time. |

| Time and 1/2: | Staff is eligible for time and a half on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Fourth of July, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day if Brewsky's is open on these days. |
| Health Club Membership: | Our Corporate Membership at Sports Courts in Lincoln allows for an employee to join with no initiation fee and reduced monthly rates with one-year contract. Our membership at 24 Hour Fitness in Omaha allows an employee to join at any time with no initiation fee, no long term contract and reduced monthly fees. |
| Flexible Spending Account: | Brewsky’s offers all of our employees the opportunity to sign up for a Flexible Spending Account. This is a tax advantaged plan designed to cut the cost of health care and dependent care expenses. All employees are free to sign up by the first of the month following their hire date, or at the beginning of each calendar year. |
